Why can't I uninstall some Android apps that I don't use like Facebook, Google Drive, Galaxy Store, Google App and so on? Isn't it a bit totalitarian to force people to have these programs?

I think it would be worse if you were forced to use them, having them installed and disabled wouldn't cause you many problems, I for example don't have Facebook installed.
I do use Google drive for my phone backups and stuff but if I didn't use it I could just disable it, nothing happens.
