Emulators on Google's system have been a reality for some time but seeing a Windows emulator for Android, both mobile and tablet, is not something very common.

Over the years that we have been using Google's operating system we have seen a multitude of emulators designed to run applications from other systems on our mobiles. Mostly this has been focused on the gaming area, with multiple emulators for classic consoles.
