Hello, I don't know the purpose of the use you want to make use of it but for that, the computer must detect your mobile phone as an audio device, something that is not feasible natively for security reasons and because it is easier to buy a $10usd microphone than to use a $500usd SmartPhone. If you want to make use of it a SmartPhone microphone with integrated headphones is compatible if you have an audio card, a USB microphone, if you want something wireless you need a Bluetooth 4 adapter.

Maybe it could be done through a Bluetooth connection, the computer must recognise the phone as an audio device, I assume there will be an app to do this, once it recognises it you have to go to the audio settings and choose the phone's microphone.

If you only want to take advantage of the microphone, it is much better to buy a microphone and connect it to the sound card, usually it is the pink connector.
If you want to use the mobile, which I do not know if it is possible, you will have to install drivers and software, which will consume computer resources.
