The female dating app Bumble launches Night In: video quizzes to get to know your partner

Bumble is on the crest of a wave and takes the opportunity to present new features such as “Night In”: find out if he is right for you by testing him.

Bumble, the female dating app, cuts the distance caused by social distancing and launches video quizzes with Night In. This is a feature that offers the possibility to answer some questions through which you can compare yourself with your partner, getting to know each other better and finding out if the person on the other side of the monitor is really your soulmate.

The feature dedicated to video chats on the dating app is not entirely new, however. In fact, it was launched in 2019 but, after a year at full capacity due to the pandemic still going on with a 70% increase in its users, Bumble decided to do more by including additional services to break the ice and allow you to make new acquaintances without leaving home. Characterized by the choice to make the woman take the first step, after the swipe to the right of both is in fact she to send the first signal by sending a message in the couple chat, the application aims to bring its members closer, creating a pleasant and fun environment even in a difficult period like the current one.

Bumble Night In, the games for the first virtual date

The feature introduced by the app provides, at least for the moment, the possibility of creating a trivia-style game to get to know better what could become to all intents and purposes your partner, to be organized even in advance every day between 6 pm and midnight. The questions would allow the two participants to reveal some peculiar aspects of their personalities, thus triggering the spark of love.

As Bumble points out, the quiz could soon be joined by other types of games, but not only. In fact, the company’s idea is to be able to integrate other types of virtual experiences, thus expanding the range of possibilities for a first date to remember.

Bumble Night In, so the first date becomes virtual

According to a recent survey carried out by Bumble among its members, the virtual meeting mode – at least in the first instance – has all the potential to remain among the favorites also in the future. It would not only be linked to the pandemic, where social distancing is a must, but also to other important factors such as safety and the possibility to interrupt the meeting at any time, in case the conditions for a great date should fail.

Bumble Night In, who can use the quizzes

Bumble Night In quizzes are currently available exclusively to users in the United States and Canada; at least for the moment, the app has not unveiled any plans to roll out the feature outside of those two nations. This does not preclude that, in case of positive results, the games could be quickly introduced in all other countries in the world where the app is available, including Italy
