Stranger Things: disturbing ending announced

New anticipations spun on Twitter worry fans: will a character say goodbye to the TV series? Here’s what we know.

The release date of the fourth season of Stranger Things is approaching and in recent weeks are increasing rumors about new episodes. According to the latest information, the new chapter will be the most horror and disturbing of all.

Fans have been waiting a year for the release of the TV series: because of the pandemic, filming has been postponed several times. They had begun in March 2020 but resumed permanently in early 2021. From Twitter came some incredible anticipations that leave room for a very sad moment, in fact they show that the set of the moment is Hawking’s cemetery. The photographs have worried the audience: could one of the main characters die in the fourth season? The series is not new to this kind of plot twists: Billy (Dacre Montgomery) was killed by the Mind Flayer, while Dr. Alexei (Alec Utgoff), nicknamed “Smirnoff” is murdered by agent Grigory (Andrey Ivchenko). There may be another sad demise. Let’s try to better understand what it is.

Stranger Things: concern about the fourth season

The Twitter account @StrangerNews11 shared some pictures showing some of the cast actors and part of the crew inside the set representing Hawkins cemetery.

Of course, the news is not official but so much was enough to make fans of the renowned Netflix TV series worry. They are terrified by the sudden abandonment of one of the main characters.

Hiro Koda, stunt coordinator of the show had made some statements during ComicBook in 2020:

“Compared to the past, according to other people involved in the production, the creators of the show, the Duffer brothers, had the opportunity to finish writing the entire season before they started shooting it and to rewrite it more massively, which they didn’t have a chance to do in the past.”

In a nutshell, they were able to work with a script that was already complete, but nothing was revealed officially.

Stranger Things 4: cast and release

There are some certainties, however: in the new season of Stranger Things we will see the main cast again, namely Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson and Cara Buono.

In addition, there will be eight new actors, including Robert Englund, iconic interpreter of Freddie Krueger, star of Nightmare. In Stranger Things, he’ll play an assassin. Surely Dr. Brenner, played by actor Matthew Modine, will also return.

In short, all that remains is to wait for the new episodes that will be released, most likely, in the last months of 2021.
