According to research, sending “racy” messages on a daily basis would have a positive effect on sexual activity in the lives of many couples
There are several ways to try to solve relationship problems. And one of them could be sexting. According to a recent survey, the daily sending of sexually explicit messages, images and videos between partners would make love relationships more satisfying.
To conduct this extravagant research, but interesting in some ways, was DrEd.com, which investigated the relationship between sexting and life under the sheets. The online store specializing in the sale of medical products, interviewed 2000 people: 1000 Americans and 1000 Europeans. And the results confirmed the existence of a relationship between sexual satisfaction and sending “forbidden” messages. In fact, according to the data of the study, 61% of respondents who practice sexting on a daily basis would feel more fulfilled. Very happy, always sexually speaking, also those who are dedicated to sending hot content every week.
Few differences between men and women
Data in hand, the most active in the exchange of “intimate” images are the youngest, especially those who are in the age group between 18 and 24 years. Even the less “tender” have declared to resort to sexting. And between men and women, who sends the most “racy” messages? Certainly men. The fairer sex, however, according to the results of the study, does not disdain sexting. On the contrary, the differences between men and women, in terms of percentages, are minimal.
Sexting is practiced more in long relationships
Interesting is also the part where the research focuses on the relationship between sending hot messages and type of romantic relationship. Both men and women prefer to share “their goodies” with a long-term partner. And between Americans and Europeans, who comes out on top? With 40% of men and 36% of women, in the age group between 18 and 24 years, it is the Americans who “win”. The last noteworthy fact, and a bit obvious to tell the truth, concerns unwanted sexting. To be bothered by messages with explicit content are in fact women.
Sexting is a worrying phenomenon, as evidenced by many cases in the news. But sometimes, if used intelligently, it can also be able to lift the life of a couple. At least according to this study.
