Nintendo and Niantic are ready to launch the update all users have been waiting for: the second generation of Pokemon is coming
The wait is over: the second generation of Pokemon is coming. Niantic and Nintendo, after a summer of successes and broken records, did not get caught up in the euphoria and continued to work to bring improvements to the video game.
From the day of the official release of Pokemon Go, users were clamoring for more Pokemon to capture. In recent days the rumors of an imminent update were increasingly insistent. And finally it seems that Niantic satisfy the fans of the application: by the end of the year (but most likely much earlier), should be released a patch with 100 new Pokemon, the second generation of animals that debuted in the cartoon now more than ten years ago. We do not know the timing yet, but it is certain that the U.S. company wants to make a Christmas gift to its users.
The future and partnerships with large companies
The inclusion of 100 new Pokemon is only the first step towards a continuous improvement of the video game. In the coming months, in fact, should see the light of another feature much requested by users: the ability to exchange Pokemon. At the moment, when you have “duplicates”, the only possibility is to send them to Professor Willow to receive in exchange some candy to use for the evolution of Pokemon. In this way it will also be easier to get rare pets that you can not capture.
In the end, Pokemon Go is forming partnerships with large companies in the United States to increase the number of gyms and PokeStop. It is not excluded that in the coming months the videogame will launch the same initiative in Italy.
