Moto G10 Play: features and design unveiled

After launching the Moto G9 Play in late summer, Motorola is already working on its successor Moto G10 Play: large screen and good battery for what is prennuncia a mid-range from the excellent price.

A little time after the debut of Moto G9 Play, launched last September, it’s already time for an upgrade: Moto G10 Play. They are in fact the first leaked rumors about what could be the heir to the previous model and already have been defined some of the technical features which should be equipped.

The very first images, published online by the website OnLeaks, immediately reveal the choices made by the manufacturer in terms of design, also highlighting the similarities between the Moto G10 Play and the previous generation of phones recently released. Although there is still no certainty about the first name of the smartphone in question, the model has been indicated as the successor to the previous Moto G9 Play, from which it took the name Moto G10 Play. Much more likely, however, is the actual code of the model that should correspond to the alphanumeric code XT-2117.

Moto G10 Play: the design of the new smartphone is not new

For Moto G10 Play has been chosen a body with thin bezels, with the lower one thicker than the upper, and a front camera housed in a hole at the top of the screen. On the back, three closely placed cameras and a led flash peep out from the top. Everything confirmed compared to its predecessor, then, except the arrangement of the three lenses in relation to the light.

According to rumors of OnLeaks, the new smartphone should then mount a 6.5-inch display, for the total dimensions of 165.3 x 75.4 x 9.5 mm. As for the thickness, however, considering the relief dedicated to the rear cameras should arrive at 10.4 mm.

Moto G10 Play: battery size and color variants

Also the leaked information on the battery seems to be interesting. In fact, it speaks of a capacity of 4850 mAh, at least according to the available certifications present on the network. No less important, always in fact of certifications, is the FCC one that would lead to think about the presence of a sensor for fingerprint reading positioned on the side instead of on the back as in previous Moto models.

Another interesting detail that has peeped on the internet is that of the color. The phone, which could go on sale as early as in the next few weeks, would be available in the blue variant while it has not been specified if there will be additional colors available to choose from.
