Meizu M6, the Chinese smartphone with metal body that costs 100 euros

The Chinese company has unveiled the new Meizu M6, a smartphone with limited technical specifications, but elegant design and low price

In the month of iPhone 8 and iPhone X, all flagship smartphones with very high features and price, Meizu has decided to invade the market of entry-level phones with the new M6. The Chinese company has made a phone at around 100 euros with elegant design, although the technical specifications are certainly not top of the range.

The Meizu M6 is a smartphone very similar to the previous M5. The new smartphone has a 5.2-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. On board we find the processor MediaTek MT6750 supported by 2 or 3GB of RAM, depending on the model that we decide to buy. There are two different models also based on the internal storage. On the shelves we will find, in fact, the Meizu M6 from 16 or 32GB. Although at the moment it is not clear which models will arrive in the European and Italian market. The new smartphone from Meizu will mount Android 7.0 customized by the Chinese company thanks to the Flyme UI 6.0 interface.

Technical features Meizu M6

The battery of the new Meizu M6 is 3,070mAh. The phone will hit the market in four different colors: Silver, Gold, Black, Blue. As for the photo department, we have a 13-megapixel sensor at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie sensor at the front of the smartphone. Those who like to listen to music on the phone will be happy to know that on M6 there is a 3.5mm jack for headphones. Meizu said that it has listened a lot to criticism from users who bought M5. That’s why the camera software has been significantly improved and the noise in the images taken, compared to its predecessor, has been reduced by 17.5%. At the moment you can already pre-order the phone on the site of the Chinese company and shipments will start from September 25, 2017 (but only in China, we will have to wait for news about the European launch).
