Original article

Since 5:00 p.m. March 10, Lycamobile customers have been unable to call or surf the Internet. As soon as you try to make a call, the call is interrupted due to lack of signal. For the moment all LycaMobile customers are isolated and cannot use their SIM card. LycaMobile is a virtual operator that relies on the Vodafone network and the problem seems to be on the Vodafone network.

In fact, LycaMobile is not the only one to have these problems. Reading the reports collected on the network, the same disservice is also being experienced by the users of Rabona, Noitel and NTmobile, three low-cost virtual operators that rely on the Vodafone network. ho.mobile, however, does not seem to suffer from the same problem, as well as Vodafone customers.

Why Lycamobile is not working today

Lack of signal, only emergency calls and no connection to the data network. For at least a couple of hours, users of Lycamobile and other virtual operators that rely on the Vodafone network have been experiencing very serious problems. On downdetector.it, a site that collects reports from users when a service or an application does not work, there are hundreds of comments from users looking for an explanation. Explanation that at the moment there is not: the only thing you can do is wait for the inefficiency to be resolved and the network restored. We will continue to follow the evolution of the situation.
