After the presentation of the new Blackberry KEYone, the smartphone that should relaunch the ambitions of the Canadian company, LG has decided to abandon the idea of the modular smartphone and return to milder advice. The new LG G6 allows the South Korean company to relaunch its ambitions in the world of telephony, thanks mainly to its revolutionary design. LG G6 has a larger screen than in the past, but the size has remained the same. In addition, the South Korean top of the range will be the first smartphone to have a display with an 18:9 display format, which allows you to have a perfect view of any content: video games, movies, TV series.

As anticipated in previous days, LG G6 will not mount the new Snapdragon 835, but the Snapdragon 821 supported by the Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal memory depending on the model chosen. The screen, as mentioned, will be 5.7-inch FullVision with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels with an 18:9 format. In addition, LG G6 will have a 3300 mAh battery and will be resistant to both water and dust thanks to IP68 certification. The smartphone will mount Android Nougat version 7.1.
Google Assistant
A big news concerns the support for Google Assistant. The personal assistant developed by the Mountain View company, available until now only on Google Pixel, will also be able to be used by users of the LG G6. And in the coming weeks it will be released on all devices running Android Marshmallow and Android Nougat, but only in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Germany. For Italy it will be necessary to wait at least until next year.
LG G6: a cinema screen
The main feature of the new LG G6 is definitely the screen with 18:9 format. The South Korean company chose the new format to ensure better quality in viewing videos and images. But not only that. Even video games and TV series will benefit from the new format: LG G6 is a smartphone designed specifically for entertainment. LG G6 monterà una doppia fotocamera posteriore da 13 Megapixel: un sensore sarà standard, mentre l’altro permetterà di scattare immagini grandangolari. Grazie a una speciale tecnologia sviluppata da Qualcomm i due obiettivi comunicheranno per realizzare degli scatti di altissima qualità. La fotocamera anteriore del LG G6, invece, sarà da 5 Megapixel con un angolo visuale di 100 gradi.
