To search for information on WhatsApp the process is slightly different depending on the smartphone we are using. To search for a message on WhatsApp that was sent to us by a person whose name we don’t remember, you have to enter the application and press the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner. At this point we must enter the words we want to search for and WhatsApp will show us all the conversations where the keyword is present. If, however, we remember very well which person sent us the message, we must enter the conversation, press the icon with three vertical dots in the upper right and then Search. How to search for a message on WhatsApp with iOS
On the iPhone the steps are slightly different. To find a message of which we do not remember the sender, we must press on the icon in the shape of a magnifying glass and enter the word or words to search.
