How to check Three’s credit

To find out the remaining credit on a Three’s card just make a free call. For more information, however, you should use the app

Unless you’ve set up automatic recharge or charge to your credit card or bank account, you’ll need to monitor the remaining credit on your SIM card in order to continue using your plan. Fortunately, checking the credit of your mobile card is a rather simple operation, which takes just a handful of seconds.

If, for example, you wonder how to see credit 3, know that you have several methods at your disposal to find out. The mobile operator, which after the merger with Wind has become the main one in our country, allows you to find out how much money you have on your card with a simple call or by using Internet connectivity and the app for smartphones (but also the official web portal).

How to find out credit 3 with a call

The most immediate way to check your credit 3 is by calling the free number 4030 and following the instructions of the recorded voice. If you are abroad and want to know the credit 3, however, you should call the number +39 393 393 4030. As you can easily imagine, this is an international call with charges that depend on your phone plan. So, before you call while you’re in a non-European country (in EU countries you’ll be covered by European roaming), think carefully.

How to find out 3 credit from the app

Iphone and Android users can download the Customer Area 3 app to their device, which allows them to manage their account quickly and easily. Among the various information that can be obtained from the app there is, of course, also an indication of the remaining credit. There are two ways to access your personal area: if you are connected to the Tre data network, simply open the app and wait for the information to be retrieved; if you connect via Wi-Fi, on the other hand, you must have a personal profile with a username and password.

How to find out about credit 3 from the web

The 3 customer area is also accessible from the Tre website. Just click on “Customer Area” in the top right corner, enter the credentials when required and wait a few moments. Once your personal profile is loaded, you can check your credit and manage your account as you see fit.
