How to check Kena credit

Checking the remaining credit on your Kena card is very easy, just use one of the three services available. Here’s how to do it

Kena Mobile is the virtual operator owned by TIM and is a direct competitor to Iliad and ho.mobile. If you’ve recently activated a Kena Mobile SIM card and want to find out how to check your remaining credit, just use one of the tools provided by the phone operator. It’s very easy to find out how much credit you have left on your Kena card, and it only takes a few seconds to see if you have enough money left to renew your subscription.

There are three ways to find out how much credit you have left on your Kena card: the MyKena app, online in the MyKena Customer Area or by calling the “Do It Yourself” helpline. Logically, all services are free and are available around the clock. In case the credit is not enough to renew the monthly subscription you can also recharge the card directly from the application or by logging in with your account in the Customer Area. Here’s how to know your remaining Kena credit.

How to check your Kena credit on the app

The easiest and fastest way to know your remaining credit is to use the MyKena app. First you need to download the app (available for free for Google Play Store and App Store). Once the download is complete and the application is installed, you need to launch it and click on “Enter MyKena”. At this point, you need to enter your number and enter the access code received via SMS. Once you enter the Personal Area, you will be able to check your remaining credit and check the meters of your subscription.

How to check Kena credit online

A good alternative to the application is the Kena Customer Area available online. To check the money on your SIM card you need to access the website using your credentials (Kena phone number and password chosen during registration) and on the main screen you will see the remaining credit.

How to know the Kena credit via the customer service

Like all other operators, Kena also allows you to check the money available on the card by calling the customer service. The dedicated number is 40181: just follow the directions of the guided voice to know your available credit.

From abroad, however, you must call the number +39 350 5999345. The cost is that of a normal call from abroad.
