Those who have a Motorola instead have to use a specific application. The app in question is called Motorola Device Manager and is compatible with Windows and Mac OS X. If you have a Sony phone, you’ll only need to back up to a PC running Microsoft OS. The app to install in this case is Sony PC Companion. The same goes for Huawei, which uses the HiSuite program that is only available for Windows.
