How to activate the dark theme on WhatsApp for Android
To paint your WhatsApp account black on Android devices, you need to follow some simple steps. First, you have to open the application, press on the three dots in the top right corner, then on Settings and finally on Chats. In the new tab that opens, you have to press on Theme and a menu will appear on the screen with three options: Default, Light and Dark. If you choose Dark, the app will immediately change the colors.
Setting Default, on the other hand, WhatsApp will apply the default theme present on the smartphone. If in the Settings of the device we have chosen the Dark Theme, the messaging app will also adopt it.

On the iPhone the procedure is different: you do not have to change any settings in WhatsApp, but you have to do it directly in the General Settings of the smartphone.
