Hackers hired to discover unfaithful partners

On the net you can find not only software to use to spy on wife and husband, but also paid hackers

One of the main problems in the relationship is infidelity. The mere suspicion that one of the two is cheating on the other can lead a partner to become very jealous. An attitude that in the most extreme cases is likely to result in something even worse and detrimental to husband and wife: paranoia.

And it is precisely in these situations that the problems begin: stakeouts, made in person or entrusted to private investigators, peeks at the computer or smartphone of the partner. You try to violate the social profile of the other or to acquire the password of his email with means that sometimes exceed the limits of the allowed. Many people, in fact, resort to malware, malicious programs purchased on the internet for a few euros. And that’s not all. On the net you can find not only the software to use to spy on the wife or husband allegedly unfaithful, but also hackers, ready to offer, upon payment, their shady services.

Hackers: they are easily found on the web

Finding a hacker willing to help a paranoid partner is not so difficult. It is enough, according to some sources, to do a search on the web. There are, in fact, several Internet sites that in exchange for a few hundred dollars promise to hack the social profile of the partner or to discover the login credentials of his email address. And with a lot of advertising slogan, worthy of the best detective agency. Obviously on the reliability of these alleged hackers you can’t bet. It is possible that some of them are just fraudsters.

They use phishing

One of the most common ways used by these “web mercenaries”, according to the opinion of many experts, to find out the personal data of the client’s partner is phishing, a technique with which they try to induce the victims, with devious tricks, to reveal their login credentials. The threat often arrives via e-mail and contains a link that directs the user to a fake site, but that seems authentic, from which hackers then take possession of his data.

How to protect yourself

First of all, it is good to remember that using a malware or, even worse, hiring a hacker to discover the password of his wife or partner is a criminal offense. To protect yourself, the advice is to activate two-pass authentication, which will make account compromise more difficult, and to avoid clicking on links from suspicious senders.
