The third series of the Apple Watch is scheduled to debut in the third quarter. Same look but improved battery and performance
Contrary to what we’ve heard, Apple Watch Series 3 will continue to have the same design as its predecessor announced just a few months ago. No revisions then, despite rumors circulating recently. The only change apparently will be only in the improved battery.
The new smart watch of the Californian company will not have a circular dial and thinner, as rumored in recent days. According to the latest rumors, the wearable will in fact maintain its original shape and will be presented in all likelihood in the third quarter of 2017. The news comes directly from China via the Asian newspaper Economic Daily News and was spread by the website Digitimes. If on the one hand the look will always be the same, on the other hand, however, Apple’s smartwatch will present some hardware innovations especially regarding the battery and the general performance of the wearable device.
Apple Watch Series 3 will be more performing
The battery and the performance of the new series will therefore be more performing. In fact, it is likely that the California-based company has new applications in the pipeline that will almost certainly require more hardware effort and a better battery. In addition, the smartwatches launched in September, despite the changes introduced, struggle in some cases to open applications quickly. News that however will make happy lovers of the bitten apple that will have a smartwatch that from the technical point of view will ensure better performance, even if the appearance of the wearable is intended to remain identical.
These are just rumors and in the end could also be denied. At this point, all we have to do is wait for September 2017, when Apple will unveil the new iPhone 8, to see who will be right.
