Pebby is a smart robotic pet babysitting system that allows people to monitor, interact and entertain their four-legged friends remotely
The pet fitness tracker industry is growing more and more and there are many companies and startups that have launched their device in recent months. Pebby is a kit consisting of a smart collar and a “ball” controlled via Wi-Fi that follows your pets like a “bloodhound”. Owners are thus always able to keep an eye on what their furry companions are up to and also receive information on their behavior and health via the app to be installed on the smartphone.
The Pebby ball, as mentioned, which can be controlled remotely via the Pebby app (for iOS and Android), and integrates a wide-angle fisheye camera with 720p resolution, to record and stream at any time, and three lithium-ion batteries that provide 1.5 hours of playback and 15 hours in standby mode. Pebby also features a micro-controlled dual suspension that allows it to stop rolling around, return to its PebbyKennel “kennel” – which doubles as a recharger – and stay put when you decide playtime is over.
How Pebby Works
The Pebby ball is made in a “pet-friendly” size – 80 millimeters in diameter – and is cheerful and colorful thanks to an interchangeable multi-color inner liner, with interior and circle LED lights to be seen even in low-light situations. Collare intelligente

La durata della batteria del collare varia dagli 8 ai 12 giorni, e il monitor delle attività può essere caricata con una connessione USB o appoggiandolo sul dock di ricarica PebbyKennel in dotazione.
Prezzo e disponibilità
Pebby può essere acquistato su Kickstarter a un prezzo di 169 dollari, circa 160 euro e le spedizioni avranno inizio a settembre 2017.
