The app in question is called Roamit.
This solution allows you to send as many documents as you want between Windows and Android devices. Moreover, the app also lets you copy portions of text in your PC and transfer them to your Android device, and vice versa. Transfer files from Windows 10 to an Android device: connect the devices

You need to install it on your Windows 10 computer first. Go to the Microsoft Store and search for Roamit. Install the app and restart your operating system. How to use Roamit to transfer files from Windows to Android?
Using Roamit is very simple. The interface is minimal and intuitive. After launching the app, you’ll see several entries on the screen: Send File, Clipboard and Photo. To transfer documents, tap on the first item. You’ll be able to select the document and proceed by tapping Confirm. The transfer will be quick. The Clipboard section, on the other hand, allows you to copy and paste portions of text between apps. To do so, long tap on the text you want to copy and then tap the Copy item. Then tap Clipboard on Roamit. Then go to the other device and launch Roamit. In the interface, tap Clipboard and copy the text wherever you want by clicking Paste.
