Since September 20, the new channel DAZN1 is on Sky: here’s what it broadcasts, how much it costs and what to do to activate it for free
Since September 20, the new channel DAZN1 is active on Sky, available on 209 of the satellite platform. The channel was created thanks to the agreement signed between Sky and DAZN and allows satellite customers to see the best of the programming service on demand. A win-win agreement for both players: Sky will be able to broadcast all the matches of the Serie A, DAZN will be able to make known its content to a wider audience.
To activate DAZN1 is necessary to connect to the Area Fai Da Te of your Sky account and follow a rather simple guided procedure: in just over five minutes you activate the vision of the new channel. Sky has reserved a special price for its customers: for those who have subscribed for at least three years to SkySport and SkyCalcio DAZN 1 is free, the cost of the subscription will be paid by the satellite broadcaster. How to activate DAZN1 on Sky
To activate the channel DAZN1 the procedure is online. You have to connect to your DIY area of the Sky website or from the application.
The steps to follow are quite simple. You need to enter your credentials to access your Sky account. Enter the Do-It-Yourself area, click on Promotions and then on Sky-DAZN Offer, at this point you must enter your phone number to receive the promotion code and a link to the DAZN site, where we must begin the registration. Enter all the personal data and the promotional code, we will have activated the vision of the channel DAZN1 for free. The broadcasts start on September 20 at 12:00.
Those who already have a DAZN account, during the registration process will have to enter the data of their profile and the promotional code sent by Sky. It will be up to the on-demand platform to change the cost of the monthly subscription, going from 9.99 euros to 7.99 euros or free depending on the case.
What DAZN1 broadcasts
Sky customers can be happy: on DAZN1 will be broadcast the three Serie A 2019 – 2020 DAZN matches and two Serie B matches. In addition, there will be the best of the programming of the on-demand platform: Linea Diletta, the program with exclusive interviews conducted by Diletta Leotta, the Spanish Liga, Ligue 1, the World Rally, the most important UFC and boxing matches.
How much does DAZN1 cost
Thanks to Sky Extra, the service that rewards loyal Sky customers, those who have subscribed to Sky Sport and Sky Calcio for at least three years can activate the DAZN1 channel for free: the satellite broadcaster will pay the subscription for us.
For all others, however, the price is €7.99 per month, instead of €9.99 per month of the DAZN subscription.
