Good news for ho.mobile customers: the new self-charging service is active. What is it all about? Very simple, when the monthly subscription is about to expire and we don’t have enough money on the SIM, ho.mobile will automatically recharge it without wasting our time. In this way we will never run out of gigs and we can continue to take advantage of the offer ho.Mobile that we have activated.

The service of self-charging ho.mobile is free: to activate it just enter the website in your Customer Area. It will also be possible to do it from the iOS and Android app, but the feature will only be released on July 26. For users who have more than one ho.mobile SIM, you only need to activate the auto-recharge once. To deactivate the feature, however, you will need to call Customer Service or enter the personal area. Here’s how to activate the ho.mobile autoload.

With the new service of ho.mobile you no longer have to recharge your SIM every month: the phone operator will do it directly for you. To activate the service you need to enter your Personal Area from the website, click on “My offer” and select “Autoload” from the left column. It will open a new page and pressing the button “Activate the autoload” will appear a screen in which to enter the method of payment: we can choose between credit card and PayPal.

The autoload service of ho.Mobile’s self-charging service is very simple: the recharge is made two days before the renewal of the offer and the day before the phone operator will send us an SMS alert.

To deactivate the self-charging service you must call the Customer Service, access your customer area, or use the application (the service will be active from July 26).
