Connecting Instagram and Facebook Accounts
To start posting from Instagram to Facebook, you need to launch the app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. When you’re in the main interface, tap on the Profile icon present in the bottom right corner (the stylized half-bust, to be clear). From there, select the Menu icon at the top right, that is, the one depicting three parallel lines. To go on, follow the path: Settings > Privacy & Security and finally tap on the Connected Accounts item. A screen will open with several social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Ameba and Ok.ru. Tap the Facebook icon and enter the credentials to access the social network app. After you’re done syncing, you’ll be able to share what you post on Instagram on Facebook as well, including Stories.
How to share your Instagram posts on Facebook
To share a content from Instagram and Facebook, you need to select the photo or video and upload it to the app to post it normally. After selecting the filter and clicking Next, you will enter the screen dedicated to the Caption. Here you can add a text describing the post, accompanied by any hashtags, tags and geolocation. In the same screen, at the bottom you will find the possibility to share the content also on your Facebook profile or page. To do so, just select the appropriate icon. In this case, the post will be published simultaneously on both social networks. Of course, you can always disconnect your Facebook and Instagram accounts. To do so, you need to perform the same procedure from the photo social network app.
