According to some users, the Nintendo Switch deforms due to high temperatures, especially after intensive use. The Japanese company does not comment
Nintendo Switch has been launched on the market for just under a month, and despite the great success in terms of sales, users are already reporting the first problems. In fact, it would seem that the console reaches high temperatures and deforms after intensive use.
To report the problem were some users on Reddit (social platform widely used in the U.S.), which have posted images of the Nintendo Switch deformed and at risk liquefaction after intensive use on the docking station (remember that the console can be used both by connecting to the TV through, precisely, a docking station, both using the 6-inch screen on the device). Although the performance is not comparable with those of the PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One, the small size of the Nintendo Switch does not allow the console to let the air out.
The problems of the Nintendo Switch
At the moment the problem of the Nintendo Switch that deforms due to high temperatures would seem to be an isolated case. In fact, the post on Reddit has only received a few responses from other users reporting the same problem. One user, annoyed by the problem, reportedly sent the warped console back to Nintendo, asking that it be repaired or replaced with a new one. At the moment, the Japanese company has not released any statement, as the problem would seem to be isolated. In the coming months we’ll see that other users will experience the same problem caused by high temperatures. It must be remembered, however, that consoles are not built for prolonged use and after a couple of hours of use it is necessary to turn off the device and let it rest.
