Microsoft is looking for volunteers to test new products, including a new controller for the Xbox and the computer of the future. The Redmond company has made the announcement online and “the call to arms” is currently only open to people residing in Spain, but it is not said that in the future will be expanded the pool of users.
The devices available are ten: 2 controllers and 8 new computers. The lucky winners of the contest organized by Microsoft will be able to test the new devices for a month and at the end they will have to inform the company about the potential of the devices, but also about everything that is wrong with them. The company from Redmond is very interested in knowing the opinion of the users, especially regarding the use of the new devices on social networks, YouTube and all the social networks on the Net. Microsoft wants to exploit the long wave of virality to make its brand more and more known among users.
Device as a gift
Microsoft has assured that volunteers will not remain empty-handed. Those who will engage and provide reviews and useful feedback to the Redmond company will receive the device as a gift. At the moment there is no word on what the devices will look like and certainly volunteers will not be able to take pictures or leak any information. Most likely, the new family of computers will go alongside the Surface Studio, presented by Microsoft in October 2016, and dedicated to those who work in the world of graphic design.
