Galaxy Note 10: camera will be SLR-like

The Galaxy Note 10’s photo sensor will have a variable focal aperture that will allow it to capture more light. Here are the features of the smartphone

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will be presented to the public by the end of the summer, most likely within the first two weeks of August. Of course, in recent months the rumors have accumulated: the latest speak of a camera comparable to an SLR.

The photographic compartment should have exclusive features and a new location: usually the cameras were arranged horizontally, while with the new design will be aligned vertically, in the upper left. As for the hardware, it seems that the smartphone has reached the highest level ever touched so far. Specifically, the camera would be perfect for those who love photography, because it features a variable focal aperture system, equivalent to that of a professional camera. But this is not the only news: the specifications will be truly unparalleled.

Galaxy Note 10: the characteristics of the photographic sensors

According to the indiscretion published on Twitter by the account Universe Ice (@UniverseIce), the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 device will have a triple focal aperture system of f/1.5, f/1.8 and f/2.4. The focal aperture, also found in SLRs, determines how much light enters the camera. The smaller the aperture, the more light that enters, so you can take great photos even in poor light conditions. But it can also be useful to take a picture with bokeh effect.

At the moment, Samsung’s flagship smartphones use a dual focal aperture system, so it’s a real revolution for the company.

Galaxy Note 10: technical data

In addition to a photographic compartment comparable to that of an SLR, the new smartphone Samsung will mount a very large internal memory. The standard version will have a memory of 128 GB, while the Pro version will be 256 GB, which can be extended to 1TB, or as much as a computer.

Another rumor is related to the absence in both models of the 3.5 mm headphone jack. The reason? Probably that space is needed to insert the 4,300 mAh battery (for the standard version) and 4,500 mAh battery (for the Pro version).

The two phones will also have screens of different sizes and features. The basic version will feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display; the advanced version, on the other hand, will have a 6.75-inch screen.

The Galaxy Note 10’s market debut could start on August 25, but pre-orders will be available at least two weeks in advance.
