Mario Kart Tour will be available on the Google Play Store and App Store from September 25: here’s pre-register online and download it on your smartphone
Mario Kart Tour is about to arrive on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, mobile and online version of the legendary Nintendo racing game, with all the protagonists of the fabulous world of Super Mario and some features that update this classic to the current tastes of younger players.
To tell the truth, Mario Kart Tour has already arrived on Play Store and App Store. But it is not possible to download it yet. Choosing it in the store reveals that it’s “Soon Available”. What you can do at the moment is to pre-order it, and then receive a notification on your smartphone when the game actually launches. Nintendo has also released the official trailer for the game, which confirms everything players have come to expect from Mario Kart Tour: familiar graphics and gameplay, enhanced by the circuits offered by the “tours” and the online world championship.
How to register for Mario Kart Tour
Pre-order Mario Kart Tour is very easy: just go to the Play Store or the App Store and search for it. Tapping on the game opens the page with the trailer, information about the game and the “Preorder” button. Tapping on this button opens a pop up window with the message “You are about to pre-register for the Mario Kart Tour app. You will receive a notification when this game is available for your device.” Tap Ok and the game is pre-ordered.
Mario Kart “tours”
Mario Kart Tour takes place on circuits inspired by famous real-life cities and classic Mario Kart tracks. Every two weeks, however, new circuits will be available and will change in rotation. Some of the character details will also change depending on the circuit you’re racing on.
Mario Kart Tour: Online Leagues
Another online game mode is the Leagues: each player’s scores will determine a world ranking and you can challenge players from all over the world to climb to the top of the championship.
A great classic in 2019 version
Mario Kart Tour, then, will be nothing but the good old Mario Kart to which Nintendo has added a modern online game mode. Thirteenth game of a very successful series born in 1992, Mario Kart Tour has all the features to fascinate even players who, when the first Super Mario Kart was released, were not even born.
