Get Help will be able to be downloaded directly from the Windows Store and will be integrated into Microsoft’s operating system with the Fall Creators Update
At some point in time almost every Windows 10 user may happen to need assistance. Microsoft to improve the help service and make it even more efficient with the Fall Creators Update will also launch Get Help, an application with which you will be able to solve some problems.
In fact, Get Help is not an absolute novelty. The assistance tool was already introduced last April, when the Redmond-based company launched the Creators Update. The advantage of Get Help is that the service, integrated into Microsoft’s latest operating system, allows users to use a more immediate channel to receive assistance. Instead of the phone, operators in fact can be contacted through Get Help.
How Get Help works
Like any other app, Get Help can be downloaded directly from the Windows Store, Microsoft’s official digital marketplace.
This means that users can update it using Redmond’s digital store. With Get Help there are many services that the company founded by Bill Gates makes available to its users. Through the new stand-alone application, it will be possible to rely on the suggestions of the community, or to rely, for more complex problems, on the help of an operator who can be contacted via chat or through the phone.
The application requires an update to the Fall Creators Update, which is officially coming to Windows 10 this fall.
