Apple Tv+: everything that will be there at the debut

Apple TV+ makes its debut on November 1, also in Italy. Here’s all the TV series and content featured from the debut

Apple throws down the gauntlet to the many online streaming services. From November 1, 2019, will debut Apple Tv+, the platform ready to compete with Netflix, Disney and HBO. For the Cupertino company, it is a new challenge that changes the paradigms of the company: not only a producer of devices, but also of premium content.

Apple Tv+ will be immediately available at a decidedly attractive price. The Californian company will offer a free trial period of one week and then ask only 4.99 euros per month, while those who will buy a new Apple device will get a year’s free subscription as a gift. At launch there will be a fairly well-stocked catalog of original TV series, content for kids and shows designed for adults. Among the protagonists there will be Jennifer Aniston and Oprah Winfrey.

Apple Tv+: the catalog

As always in Cupertino have not spared no expense and the service will start in pomp ready to rout its fiercest competitors. By 2022 Apple will spend more than $4 billion to create original content. Here’s what we’ll find in the Apple Tv+ catalog.

The Morning Show

This is a series that Apple is banking on heavily. “The Mornig Show” chronicles the challenges and hatred between anchors and hosts on local U.S. TV morning shows. Produced and starring Reese Witherspoon along with Jennifer Aniston and Steve Carrell.

For All Mankind

What would have happened if the Soviet Union had beaten the U.S. to space and landed first on the moon? “For All Mankind” imagines an alternate present where NASA will do anything to devise an even more ambitious space mission.

See

In the distant future, man has lost his sense of sight after regressing to a primitive state. Jason Momoa and Alfre Woodard give birth to twins who can see and must defend their offspring from a ruthless queen who will do anything to kidnap them. The series is produced by Steven Knight, creator of “Peaky Blinders” and “Taboo”.

Dickinson

The TV series tells the story of American poet Emily Dickinson, who lived in the United States between the first and second half of the nineteenth century. A mysterious and emblematic figure of the nineteenth century. A female voice that challenged the constraints and labels of society, gender and family.

Apple Tv+: not only TV series

On Apple Tv+ there will be room for the little ones with the animated series “Snoopy in Space” or the puppet show “Helpsters” by Sesame Street. But also the reboot of “Ghostwriters” where a group of kids will turn themselves into detectives thanks to the help of a ghost discovered in the library. All eyes will be on the long-awaited program dedicated to Oprah Winfrey’s books, “Oprah’s Book Club”. Finally, for lovers of the horror genre from November 28 will be available the new series entitled “Servant”.
