Xiaomi Mi 9T official, the low-cost smartphone arrives in Italy

From June 19 you can also buy in Italy the new Mi 9T. Equipped with triple rear camera and front camera pop-up, it has a low cost price

In the end Xiaomi has done it: the Chinese giant has also launched on the European market its low-cost smartphone, but with a respectable technical card, Mi 9T. Which is nothing more than the international version of the excellent Redmi K20, which has already made a lot of talk about itself and has made record sales in China.

The arrival in Europe of the model of the Mi 9T suggests that it will not be brought to our market instead the Redmi K20. Hardly there will be room for two substantially identical phones in a market not so large as the Chinese one. Also because there are many who believe that with the Mi 9T, Xiaomi will “break” the market, winning hands down over the competition. But what is so extraordinary about this mid-range device? An incredible price if compared to the hardware: starting at 299 euros. If you’re looking for a cell phone with good features and priced between 300 and 400 euros mark the release date of the Xiaomi Mi 9T: June 19, in less than a week.

Xiaomi Mi 9T Features and prices

The Xiaomi Mi 9T is a rebranded Redmi K20 for the international market. It shares everything with its twin, most notably the 20 MP pop up front camera that allowed Xiaomi to produce a fully full screen device, with no holes and no notch. The screen, by the way, is an AMOLED and 6.30 inches, with FHD + resolution and protected by a Gorilla Glass 5.

The heart of the Mi 9T is the Snapdragon 730 from Qualcomm, a SoC decidedly powerful for being dedicated to the mid-range, flanked by the GPU Adreno 618 and 6 GB of RAM in LPDDR4x technology. On the back we find three cameras: the main 48 MP, the second wide-angle 13 MP and the third with 2X optical zoom 8 MP. With this camera department also record videos up to 4K and 30 fps. The internal memory amounts to 64 or 128 GB and is not expandable, while the battery is 4,000 mAh. In short, if we didn’t know the price we would hardly think of a low-cost device.

About the price: the version with 64 GB costs 329 euros, while the 128 version costs 399 euros. But those who buy the Mi 9T during the launch day on June 19 (only on mistore.com or Xiaomi’s Amazon page) pay just 299 euros for the version with less memory.
