The year 2019 opens with the first images of the iPhone X 2019 that Apple will present in September. This is a 3D reconstruction made by the Indian portal Digit in collaboration with the journalist Steve Hemmerstoffer became famous in recent months for publishing preview photos of the main top of the range smartphones.
Although it is only a reconstruction made on the basis of “rumors”, it would seem to be already quite real. And this is confirmed by other journalists in the industry who have published similar images on their Twitter accounts. The peculiarity of the iPhone XI or iPhone X 2019 (on the name yet there are no confirmations) will be the triple rear camera: Apple would seem to have been convinced in adopting the solution already seen in the smartphones of major competitors (P20 Pro and on the Galaxy S10 coming out in February).

The third photo sensor will upset the design of the iPhone: in the upper left corner there will be a square that will contain the three cameras arranged in a triangle and a two-tone flash. The bumper that will contain the photo compartment will be raised from the rear shell, as it already happens on the iPhone Xs Max.
Digit also gives us some information about the features of the photo sensors. The 2019 iPhone X will mount a dual camera with 12-megapixel sensors supported by a third ToF (Time of Flight) sensor for depth of field. This particular sensor will allow Apple to develop even more useful augmented reality apps for users.
iPhone X 2019, will the design be revolutionized?
The image of the iPhone X 2019 shows a completely distorted design compared to the past. The square in the upper left corner is very similar to the solution proposed by Huawei on the Mate 20 Pro and would be a novelty for the Apple world. And in fact Cupertino would not be very convinced of the square: it would be testing different solutions including the vertical arrangement of the three cameras. In the coming months we will know more.
