With the arrival of summer many users are worried about the sudden overheating of their phone, here are some tricks to cool down your smartphone
With most regions of our country gripped in the grip of heat many users are starting to worry about sudden overheating of smartphones. High temperatures are the enemy of smartphones and can put them at risk.
The first tip is to avoid leaving your phone in the car, especially during the hottest hours. Phones have maximum temperatures beyond which they cannot survive. The car being made of metal, amplifies the heat present inside the cabin. If we drive a car or a truck for work, and then we do it for many miles a day then it is advisable to buy a car holder for smartphone that integrates fans and cooling systems to prevent the temperature of the phone from rising too much. If we really have to leave the phone in the car it is better to put it in the trunk. It’s the least hot part.
Turn off connections
The smartphone gets warmer if it is trying to connect or if it is working via Bluetooth. We avoid keeping Wi-Fi or GPS on so if we are in the car and we don’t need these services. The same goes for when we go to the beach or swimming pool. Beware of USB cables for charging in the car, at high temperatures they become very dangerous.
Take off the cover and separate the smartphones
The cover increases the temperature of the smartphone. Every time we recharge the device it is advisable to remove it and so even while we are doing long car trips.
Don’t put them in the cold
Some people, in order to avoid overheating, choose to put the phone close to a cooler, to very cold objects or close to the air conditioning vent. Nothing could be more wrong. This technique causes continuous temperature fluctuations for the device. Fluctuations that can damage the battery and other parts of the smartphone.
