I racconti di vampiri piacciono da sempre. E’ proprio tanta l’attrazione per il sangue e l’horror drama che in The Vampire Diaries ha trovato un buon equilibrio con il lato sentimentale. La serie basata sui romanzi di Lisa J. Smith Il diario del Vampiro è arrivata al termine dopo otto sanguinose stagioni dal 2010 al 2017.
La serie televisiva ha avuto un tale successo da dare vita a due spin-off molto attesi dai fan: The Originals e Legacies. Of Vampires Diares we enjoyed the simplicity with which Elena Gilbert falls in love with Stefan Salvatore, her boyfriend, and soon discovers that he is a vampire. Stefan has a brother, also a “blood sucker”, and they both fall in love with her. So far everything is quite strange in the non-ordinary world of Vampires Diares: the brothers love the sweet girl, but they see in her Katherina Pierci, the vampire who made them like her in 1864. The series certainly starts with a lot of energy, the same that can be found in three other titles always with a vampire theme: from True Blood and Buffy the vampire slayer to the adventures of the devil Lucifer.
True Blood: the most erotic alternative
Vampires, explicit sexuality, telepathic powers. These are the winning elements of True Blood. Sookie, the protagonist of the series, has telepathic powers thanks to which she is able to get in touch with the world of vampires.
Sookie falls in love with Bill Compton, who will bring her into contact with a supernatural universe populated also by many other extraordinary creatures. True Blood is a series based on the novels of the Sookie Stakhouse Cycle.
Lucifer: The Devil Detective
If you like vampires and the world of the supernatural, you may also fall in love with the devil Lucifer watching his adventures on Netflix.
This is a detective and fantasy TV series at the same time, where we will find demons, mystery, faith, ironic and sharp jokes. Buffy Summers is the vampire slayer of Los Angeles. She kills vampires, evil forces, demons: a girl truly determined to do good. She is helped by a group of friends, the Scooby gang, who support her in the fight.
