Assuming that a computer at best can radiate electromagnetic energy like your light bulbs or your toaster, I'd say it's a bad story to sell cacti.
But come on, I wonder why these people don't put a cactus on top of their microwave, on top of the fridge, the TV and one next to every light bulb they have in their house
