I understand that to destroy is to remove the information from the computer's hard disk and render it unusable, if so, the command format or Fdisk both executed by command line in MS-DOS, can perform such an effect.

Without giving any more ideas, any good command that turns on a computer remotely and a RAM module badly inserted in its PCI slot, becomes powerful enough to leave you without a computer and cause a fire with unpredictable consequences.

Destroy in the physical sense is not possible with a command
Destroy in the sense of disable depends on the operating system
For Windows/DOS and DOS variants it would be format the disk format. You run it on the hard disk of the operating system and it leaves it clean
For unix/linux and variants as someone else pointed out rm, it also leaves it clean

Wins key + R because from there you can have control of the whole computer
If you want to destroy their data, write a simple software that encrypts as many files as it can. the next reboot you may not even be able to start Windows.
