An abrupt shutdown is always bad for a computer. File descriptors are open and that's potentially a risk.
Nowadays many PCs intercept the press of the power button and simply hibernate, go into standby or perform an orderly shutdown. You can detect this because when you press the Power button, it does not shut down directly, but after a few seconds. If this is your case, you can rest assured.
However, if it shuts down directly as you press it, you run the risk that one day it won't start up or will do so with problems.
