How to recover the audio output via HDMI on my PC 'Output to displays' in Windows 10?

Sometimes an update changes the audio output device, it does not cost to fix that
You go to the speaker icon, it is usually in the taskbar on the bottom right, near the date and time
There you right click and choose Open Sound Settings
The first option you get in a window is the audio output device, choose the HDMI option and you're done. It may not appear with that name, but it usually indicates in the name a graphics card name (Nvidia or AMD) usually. In any case, you can't have more than two or three, just choose the one you want and you're done.

With the HDMI cable connected to the device, access the sound settings screen, and you'll see a link to manage audio devices.
There you'll see the input and output devices, both enabled and disabled. Look for the HDMI device, and enable it.
