I have a system where people place their addresses. I would like to know how to get an address and make it appear on the maps. Do you understand? Each person in the system will have a page where a map with a mark will appear where the person lives.

You have, and are basically two steps, the first is to get the geographic coordinates of the address, for this you can use a geolocation service of your own Google, you can know more at this address: link
With the coordinates of the address at hand, simply add a new marker to the map.
If the map has many markers, I recommend you use the geolocation service to pick up the data and save it as a bank, since using the service every time you display an address is expensive.
