Helps identify site effect

I'm searching on some sites and I really liked the effect used on this site link where the mouse over the interactive effect disperses. Does anyone have examples of this effect in specific?

Our friend War is right, the site mentioned uses particles . Its basic implementation looks like this:

/* ---- particles.js config ---- */

particlesJS("particles-js", {
  "particles": {
    "number": {
      "value": 80,
      "density": {
        "enable": true,
        "value_area": 800
      }
    },
    "color": {
      "value": "#ffffff"
    },
    "shape": {
      "type": "circle",
