If two computers have the same IP address, what you are viewing is seen on the other computer?

If two computers have the same IP, the router will get a little bit messed up sending the data... that's all. Of course, that will make layer 3 communication impossible, so you'll be able to do almost nothing. And I say almost because, despite what others have said here, it is possible to communicate having all the same IP: through Layer 2 (MAC), broadcast and multicast... quite rare, I know. :)

Having the same IP, at most, maybe one receives data packets that were destined for another... I don't know.

No, in fact if two connected devices have the same ip, it causes a conflict that prevents communication. It's like asking if two phones can have the same number. The ip is what identifies a computer within a network, so it has to be unique.
