How to recover a bricked Android
Assuming, very optimistically, that THAT Android is recoverable, then you need to know the make, model, installed software version, at least... to make the recovery attempt.
This whole procedure varies depending on the phone in question.
Hold down power + volume down or volume up depending on the model and you will enter restore mode, do a wipe data and wipe cache.
If it is a hard brick, you have to enter download mode with power + volume up or down until you enter download mode. There you have to use the flashing tool of the brand of your smartphone, each manufacturer has its own
Generally using a recovery like TWRP. it is a utility that helps you to restore or install roms.
It depends 100% on the model, I suggest you look for solutions in the XDA forums.
