If modern smartphones are more powerful than Nintendo Switch, why don't we have games like Skyrim, Dark Souls or Breath of the Wild on Android and iOS yet?

They are more powerful in terms of processors but what is needed to run a video game is a graphics card (GPU) which although they have progressed is not up to the level of a computer or console.
