In addition to Windows 10's own uninstall system, which you can find in Application Settings, it's always good to have a third-party uninstaller. I recommend Unistaller I/O bit, which in its demo version works very well automatically and removes all registry leftovers and possible program attachments from the source installer.

Just like any installed program, if you are a pc administrator go to Control Panel -> Uninstall programs.
If you are an administrator of the pc go to Control Panel -> Uninstall programs.
