Which Linux distribution is best for installing Asterisk?

In my case I tried installing Asterisk on openSUSE until I tried FreePBX, ad-hoc distribution for Asterisk with which I ended up building the 3 PBXs I had to do.
I currently maintain one with this distro, it is very easy to start up and very complete, although my use is only as a telephone exchange with no more than 10 interns.
