That leaves the 3.600ghz approaching the 4.000ghz but the power is not in the frequency........But in quantity of real and virtual cores, when more cores better performance better process distribution.......I recommend Rizen 5;7;9AMD Threadripper or also Intel Xeon i7 i9......
