Use the most recent key.

As long as you don't change key components such as the board or processor, you don't have to worry about reinstallation at a later date as the licence you have is tied to the features of the software you have installed

I upgraded my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 some time ago and it did not change the key ### likewise several family members and acquaintances have been upgraded from 7 to 10 or from 8.1 to 10 without changing the key.

In conclusion, I do not know the purpose of this change. In fact, it is not clear to me which password the question refers to.

I am not sure which password the question refers to.
