In my opinion I think not yet, one of the reasons is because Windows does not stop innovating its system and manages to adapt well to technological changes, which we can say the same of Android.

But not everything is written in stone, so who knows if someday it could happen that Android can replace Windows.

They are systems for different purposes and environments, I don't see how one can substitute for the other in all areas

It's a very different system.
