Error opening any PHP page in XAMPP [closed]

I have a problem and I can not resolve this error on my local server, I'm using XAMPP and I always try to open any page with PHP is returning an "INTERNAL ERROR".

I found the solution thanks! Actually in the Apache log I pointed to the open_SSL extension I commented in php.ini and solved it!
