How to create a route in CodeIgniter with the character #

I'm developing a project in CodeIgniter. And so far I'm out of the loop about creating a route using [ # ].

Example: www.site.com.br/#UserProfile. Here's an example of a route with a character [ + ] (in this case the character is the most) of the Google network: www.plus.google.com/+yahoo
