I have a circle progress (pure css) and everything is working perfectly, animations and stop in the right place.
The problem is that the animation is happening before the scroll reaches the element. I'm trying via Waypoint but I did not succeed. Probably because I do not handle a lot of jQuery.
If you can help me!
